Bridge of Spies Meets Michael Bay
If this is true, Call of Duty 2020 is gonna be a big game. Just hopefully not 212GB big, because that’s just getting ridiculous.
Anyway, a dataminer on Twitter by the name of ‘Prototype Warehouse’ found a bunch of info inside of some game files. Tags for multiplayer maps, zombie maps, campaign titles and warzone maps.
Warehouse has seemed to have been pulling files from a temporary Microsoft store listing called ‘The Red Door’. Allegedly, The Red Door was an temporary Alpha set up by Activision to use as a test run. According to some gamers, if you managed to download The Red Door, the game file reads ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops CIA’.
Which, hey, we’re not saying that we don’t jive with revisiting the Black Ops universe and exploring the CIA. But if that is the official title, please change it before release.

Beforehand, the alleged leaked name for the game was Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War or just Call of Duty: Cold War. Both of which sound a lot better to us. Some of the tags that you can see in the tweet above seem to corroborate that title.
With names like “nam_prisoner” and “rus_kgb” it would seem that we could be getting some heavy spy thriller vibes in this game.
All of this would support the leaks that have been dropping over the last month about Call of Duty 2020. Whatever the title ends up being, the rumors about being one of the largest COD titles may be true.
With a campaign focusing on espionage, zombies, Warzone updates and a multiplayer suite. All in all, if this is true, and if it gets confirmed whenever a trailer drops, you can be sure we’ll be here to cover it!
